We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Federal Account Manager to grow and manage our customer relationships, drive sales, and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both end users and top-level management.
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits with aligned customers, supported by ongoing communication.
  • Adhere to the customer retention core process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Profit Growth

  • Meet or exceed sales and profit expectations by negotiating terms, closing deals, and following the company sales process.
  • Leverage the company’s business development process to secure new opportunities and deepen existing relationships.

Team Leadership & Delegation

  • Lead and collaborate with your book team to ensure flawless execution of customer expectations.
  • Utilize L-10 meetings to prioritize weekly tasks and coordinate efforts.
  • Ensure the customer service and accounting core processes are consistently followed.

Pipeline Development

  • Prospect and document new leads, customers, and contacts.
  • Maintain an active, healthy pipeline using CHART and follow the company’s business development core process.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Communicate needs, concerns, and ideas to other teams and departments.
  • Use L-10 meetings to raise issues, discuss efficiencies, and standardize processes.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass background check for onsite access to federal facilities.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • HUBZone permanent address required.
